General Reports

General reports provide information on the store’s current sales performance, individual product sales, member spending, and abnormal transactions.

You can adjust the date range to view reports from previous periods.

Overview

The Overview provides a summary of the store’s overall performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, or custom date-range basis.

For the selected period, the Overview includes the following information:

Total Revenue: The store’s total revenue.
Total Discounts: The total amount of discounts applied to all orders.
Member Spending: The total amount spent by members at the store.
Top Channel: The store’s most popular sales channel and its total sales amount.
Member Visits: The number of members who visited the store.
Top Category: The product category with the highest sales amount and its total sales.
Best-Selling Product: The product with the highest quantity sold, including its sales quantity and sales amount.
Sales by Product: Displays sales data for all products, ranked by sales amount, including the product name, sales amount, and quantity sold.
Sales by Dining Option: Displays the number and percentage of orders for each dining option, such as dine-in, takeaway, and delivery, in a bar chart.
Sales by Product Category: Displays the sales quantity of each product category in a bar chart.
Sales by Payment Method: Displays the number and percentage of orders for each payment method, such as cash, card, and third-party payment platforms, in a pie chart.
Sales by Channel: Displays the number and percentage of orders from each sales channel in a pie chart.

Sales Report

The Sales Report provides an overview of the store’s business performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, or custom date-range basis. It covers key operating data such as the number of orders, sales revenue, discounts, surcharges, refunds, and balance top-ups. It also provides detailed statistics by dining option, payment method, and other dimensions, helping you comprehensively analyse the store’s performance.

For the selected period, the Sales Report includes the following information:

Sales Overview

Total Orders: The total number of orders generated by the store.
Balance Top-ups: The total amount added to members’ balances.
Total Sales: The store’s total sales amount, including sales from open items.

 ** Item Sales: The total sales amount of all items, after deducting refunds and item-level discounts.
 *** Refunds: The total amount refunded from orders. This amount has already been deducted from Item Sales.
 *** Item Discounts: The total amount of discounts applied to individual items. This amount has already been deducted from Item Sales.
 ** Order Discounts: The total amount of discounts applied to entire orders.
 ** Rounding: The total amount of order adjustments resulting from price rounding.

Holiday Surcharges: The total amount of holiday surcharges collected from all orders.
Total Profit: The total amount actually received by the store.

Dining Option Overview

This overview displays sales performance by dining option, such as dine-in, takeaway, and delivery.

The combined amount of all dining options is equal to Total Sales, excluding order discounts, rounding adjustments, and holiday surcharges.

Payment Method Overview

This overview displays the amounts received through different payment methods, such as cash, bank cards, and third-party payment platforms.

The combined amount of all payment methods is equal to the sum of Total Profit and Balance Top-ups.

Product Report

The Product Report allows you to view the sales performance of individual products on a daily, weekly, monthly, or custom date-range basis, helping you understand each product’s sales quantity, sales amount, and discounts.

For the selected period, the Product Report includes the following two sets of data:

Product Sales Report: Lists the six products with the highest sales quantities during the selected period and displays the quantity sold and total sales amount for each product.
Product Discount Report: Lists the six products with the highest discount amounts during the selected period and displays the quantity sold, total sales amount, and total discount amount for each product.

Membership Report

The Membership Report allows you to view member spending and activity on a daily, weekly, monthly, or custom date-range basis. It includes data such as member visits, total spending, balance top-ups, coupon usage, and participation in membership activities. Sales data can also be categorised by membership card type, helping you analyse the spending performance of different types of members.

For the selected period, the Membership Report includes the following information:

Member Visits: The number of times members visited the store and made a purchase. Multiple purchases made by the same member on the same day are counted as one visit.
Member Spending: The total amount spent by members at the store.
Top-up Amount: The total amount added to members’ balances.
Coupons Used: The total number of times coupons were used by members.
Member Spending by Membership Card Type: Displays the total spending of members according to the type and level of membership card they hold. Members without a valid membership card are grouped into a separate category.
Membership Activity Participation: Records members’ participation in membership activities and the number of rewards successfully redeemed through stamp cards.

Abnormal Transaction Report

The Abnormal Transaction Report allows you to view abnormal transactions within a specified period, including all cancelled and refunded orders. It also summarises the total amount of discounts, coupon discounts, and payments made using members’ topped-up balances, helping you understand the associated transactions and movement of funds.

For the selected period, the Abnormal Transaction Report includes the following information:

Cancelled Orders: The number and total amount of cancelled orders.
Refunded Orders: The number of refunded orders and the total refund amount.
Orders with Discounts: The number of orders to which discounts were applied and the total discount amount.
Orders with Coupons: The number of orders for which coupons were used and the total coupon discount amount.
Orders Paid Using Member Balances: The number of orders paid using members’ topped-up balances and the total amount paid from those balances.
