General Reports

General Reports provide insights into your store's sales performance, product sales, member spending, and abnormal transactions.

You can also adjust the date range to view reports from previous periods.

Sales Report

The Sales Report provides an overview of the store’s business performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, or custom date-range basis. It covers key operating data such as the number of orders, sales revenue, discounts, surcharges, refunds, and balance top-ups. It also provides detailed statistics by ordering method, payment method, and other dimensions, helping you comprehensively analyse the store’s business performance.

Product Report

The Product Report allows you to view the sales performance of individual products on a daily, weekly, monthly, or custom date-range basis, helping you understand the sales quantities and overall performance of different products.

Member Report

The Member Report allows you to view member spending and activity on a daily, weekly, monthly, or custom date-range basis. It includes data such as member visits, total spending, balance top-ups, coupon usage, and participation in member activities. Sales data can also be categorised by membership card type, helping you analyse the spending performance of different types of members.

Abnormal Transaction Report

The Abnormal Transaction Report allows you to view abnormal transactions within a specified period, including all cancelled and refunded orders. It also summarises the total amount of discounts, coupon discounts, and payments made using members’ topped-up balances, helping you comprehensively understand the related transactions and movement of funds.

Handover Reports

Handover Reports allow you to view all sales activity during a staff member’s current shift, as well as the store’s overall business data for the day. The reports can be uploaded and printed for shift handover records, sales reconciliation, and future reference. Their format is the same as the Sales Report.

Current Handover Report

The Current Handover Report allows a staff member to review and submit all sales activity from their current shift. Once the report is submitted, the relevant data will be uploaded and recorded, and the staff member’s shift handover will be considered complete. VendPOS will then automatically lock and wait for the next staff member to log in and begin a new shift.

End-of-Day (EOD) Report

The End-of-Day (EOD) Report allows you to review and submit all sales activity for the store on that day. It is normally submitted when the store finishes trading for the day. Once submitted, the relevant data will be uploaded and recorded. Each store can submit only one End-of-Day Report per day.
